Doris Ju had several reasons for joining Turpin. First, through personal experience, she was familiar with the company's professional reputation within the community and the importance the firm placed on client service. Secondly, she was acquainted with Turpin's sales agents who were among the hardest working and most conscientious in the real estate industry. Before entering the real estate field, Doris was a management consultant in the Consulting Division of a major accounting/consulting company. She specialized in planning and marketing for health care institutions. Her experience there led her to establish her own consulting business where she assisted physicians with marketing, and maximizing office efficiency and revenue. A graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard School of Public Health, Doris strives to achieve the highest standards in client service and professional ethics. She is hardworking, meticulous about attention to detail and believes in always giving more than is asked or expected. These attributes have made her successful with both buyers and sellers, many of whom have stayed in touch and remain friends. Outside of work, Doris stays active in the Parents Associations at her children's schools. She also believes strongly in staying connected to her community and encourages her children to be involved in the Morristown Soup Kitchen, the Interfaith Food Pantry in Morris Township and the Community Children's Museum in Dover, an organization that Doris has been involved in since its inception. Cooking, travel and being a soccer, chess, paddle tennis, fencing, and tennis mom are all enjoyable aspects of Doris' life. Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Doris is fluent in mandarin Chinese and now resides in Mendham, New Jersey with her family. I purchased a condo with Doris this past summer after she diligently worked with me for over two years. She was always available to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Her knowledge of the market conditions and inventory in many towns helped me to understand my options and optimize my budget. Her analysis of past sales in the neighborhood where I was buying gave me confidence in my offer price and in the eventual closing price. Doris' negotiation and organizational skills kept the process moving and we closed right on schedule.
